Overview
This 5 star luxury villa (and those are the words that all of our guests who have stayed here have agreed without caveats). This villa is in the heart of vibrant Protaras - Sleeps 6, large private pool - that is also a health pool - ask for more details. The villa also comes with the highest quality Wifi available on island - you will not be hunting bandwidth.
Artemis Villa No2 is in the best Protaras location. It is close (800 meters) to the vibrant live entertainment hub - Protaras is a family resort, bags of fun for all age groups, restaurants, music etc However 800m is just far enough away that you can relax in its wonderful gardens and not hear the town hubbub.
The Villa is superb with lots of shaded areas as well as sun traps to suit everyones tastes. It has a newly installed health swimming pool (no more nasty chlorine). Outdoor showers, indoor bathrooms, entertainment system with Sat/TV that shows all UK terrestrial and satellite channels (the others will not) as well as Sports Movies etc. The gardens are professionally maintained with palms plants, astra turf, pool lighting (disco lights to subtle lights) etc etc - too much to list.
Internally Villa Artemis No2 has been finished to a very high standard and offers character with a warm homely feel. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms with high ceilings and plenty of storage/wardrobe space. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor, there is one twin room and two with a super king size beds. All rooms have air conditioning and fans, there is also upstairs a family bathroom.
There is a big support team for the villa. Paul is the property manager, then there is another Paul (lives across the road) who manages the Pool - cleaned twice weekly, a laundry team, cleaning team, and on standby a range of folk that can fix anything that may require it. This villa is at the top end of similar properties in the area but we do not charge for it.
About Protaras
Protaras has the most attractive white sandy beaches, and its crystal clear waters are known island wide.
The entire length of the main coastal road from the town of Paralimni via Protaras to Ayia Napa (about 15km) is lined with a track that is ideal for walkers and cyclists. For those of you who prefer being closer to nature, there is footpath along the coast, leading you to hidden coves and secluded sandy beaches where you will find small churches perched high on rocky headlands overlooking the sea.
The beachfront area of Protaras is a lively, cosmopolitan resort with bars, cafes, restaurants and tavernas. Coastal location, amenities and rental potential have made Protaras one of the most in-demand areas on the East Coast.

Beautiful Villa + Lovely Location = A Fantastic Holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Villa Artemis No2.
Cannot recommend this Villa highly enough.
It is outstanding with beautifully maintained gardens. swimming pool and fully maintained barbecue area, which we put to good use.
Inside it has absolutely everything you could possibly want. You really could not wish for anything more.
Thank you Mike and Lorraine for sharing your beautiful home with us, we have had the most perfect holiday ever and you made everything so easy for us, even down to arranging our transfers to and from the airport and leaving us a welcome pack on arrival of bread, butter, milk, marmalade, beer and wine. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
We really did not want to leave and hopefully we can return again soon.

What a fabulous villa! Staying here really made our holiday. Lovely quiet location and yet a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops etc. The villa had everything that anybody would need with lots of finishing touches both inside and out. The grounds outside are beautiful and are so well maintained with lots of seating and relaxing areas. Inside, the kitchen has plentiful crockery and easy instructions on how to use all of the appliances etc. The water cooler was an excellent bonus and having such a large choice of live TV and on demand films to watch was fantastic. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone who was thinking of visiting Protaras. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay here and for your excellent communication :)

Amazing villa, we had a great time, the villa had everything you could possibly need.
We had a late arrival and there was fresh bread butter, beer , wine there for us which was so good!
A water cooler provided which was great, meant No carrying bottles of water!
Villa was spotless and in a great location only a ten to fifteen minute walk to the main strip!
Sue was lovely and explained to us how everything worked and made us feel so welcome!
We would highly recommend this Villa, great and quick communication with the owners!

We were met by Sue, there was wine, beer, cheese, fruit etc to welcome us,
The villa and gardens are absolutely beautiful, kitchen well equipped, no blunt kitchen knives and chipped Crocker here!
Mike and Lorraine couldn’t have been more accommodating all along.
By far the nicest villa we have stayed at .
Thank you Mike and Lorraine

After having our holiday postponed two years in a row due to Covid the villa was certainly worth the wait. We stayed for 17 days in July and the villa has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses etc and the water cooler was a very welcomed feature in the Cyprus heat. After a few days I felt like I lived there. The villa and the grounds are immaculate. The pool area is lovely and just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. It is situated about 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and shops and a further 5 minutes to the Protaras strip. We used an online supermarket and also the Walt app for food deliveries and that worked very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. The owner, Lorraine, is lovely and very quick to respond to messages.

This villa has everything you need for a relaxing or outgoing holiday. The amenities available cover everything you need to stay in the comfort of the villa or only a short walk away is the centre of Protaras where you can eat and drink until your heart is content. The grounds of the villa are well maintained with a pool cleaner coming every other day. There is a BBQ available for outside cooking which suited us perfectly. We stayed for 29 days and at no time did we feel we wanted to leave. The directions to the villa were perfect and the communication with the owners was first class. We didn't have any problems during our stay as everything was just perfect.

We have lived in Cyprus (On and Off) for 12 years - having first fell in love with Protaras when serving in the British Military on the Island. After we left the first time we kept returning to this beautiful Island and in particular Protaras - with its crystal clear water, long beaches, access to he North (The historical Famagusta, Crusaders Castles, Roman Sports Arenas and of course the infamous 1970's abandoned city of Verosha). I am a keen sportsman and Scuba Diver and found the accessibility of safe wrecks/sea caves and sea life is amazing - but also the above water sport access second to none. My family and I also adore the mediterranean food - of which there is a huge variety in Protaras. This is amply supported by a wide range of live music (all free) available within the bars and clubs of the town. The Villa - is the best of both worlds ie ver close to the centre of everything, but also lightly detached from the noise of it. It has a newly refurbished spa pool (not chlorine - so much better for your health and skin) immaculately and professionally maintained by Paul our pool manager - the gardens are large as the property sits on a double plot. The gardens are managed by Marios - who will talk you though the trees and plants if asked. The property is managed by Sue who knows it very well and lives locally. The villa sits with 1 km of the lively bars/restaurants/beaches and 1.5km from Lidl (other food markets are much closer). It sits slightly above the town centre and next to the famous Greek Cypriot Church on the hill overlooking Protaras. That ever so slight distance provides a welcome contrast from the day and night hustle and bustle of the lively centre. Finally there are regular buses running to Ayia Nappa (10km away) should you wish for that as well. We hope you love Artemis No2 as much as we do. Mike and Lorraine
