A lovely, modern 3 bedroom villa with a very spacious garden, 10 x 5m private pool with optional heating, situated in the beautiful area of Ayia Thekla.
Overview
This villa is very tastefully furnished and modern both inside and out. It features a large 10 x 5 metre overflow pool with roman steps in the shallow end. The villa also features a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
Pool Heating is available for the mid and low seasons and is charged extra at 45 Euros per day.
Located just 5 minutes drive from central Ayia Napa, Ayia Thekla is a mainly residential area, with a sandy beach and a small island just off shore. There is a small church close to the beach which is worth a visit and the very popular Ayia Napa Waterpark that is just 2 minutes drive away.
There is a cycling path that runs from Ayia Thekla all the way to Ayia Napa Harbour, so with bike hire readily available in Ayia Napa, this can provide a cheap and safe means of transport and plenty of scope to visit many of other sandy beaches that lie between Ayia Thekla and Ayia Napa.
In the other direction is the picturesque fishing village of Potamus, with some lovely fish restaurants that are well worth a visit. Nissi Beach, probably the most well known beach of the region with its crystal clear blue water and white sand is only a 5 minute drive away. There are many bus stops that will take you to all the main attractions and beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007.
