Overview

Orpheus Village apartments won the 'Homes Overseas' 2004 Gold Award for Best Cypriot Apartments, due to the generous living space and design. The village is a small community of 21 apartments nestled in a most tranquil idyllic location set amongst a natural landscape with olive and carob trees; there's a large attractive free flowing swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents. Constructed in mid 2003 as a show-piece for the resort, the apartment uses natural materials including marble, granite, wood and local stone. Overlooking the 2nd and 12th greens and enjoying breathtaking unobstructed panoramic views across the ravine, resort and towards the sea; this apartment enjoys a unique position.

Beautiful apartment in top class condition, fixtures and fittings are of highest quality, Host is very professional, very quick to respond to any questions and is extremely helpful and offered great advice regarding the area. Garden has fantastic views of golf course and the sea in the distance. Sunbeds, large table and chairs with an exceelent garden. Communal swimming pool is just a few dozen steps from the front door and is very nice, We have stayed in Aphrodite Hills on numerous occasions at multiple villages like Adonis, Helios Heights, Hestiades Green and Theseus, but Orpheus village is the best. We went to Zimi, Pethari, Anoi & Gate to India (all in village square) and all were of high quality. Hillview in Pissouri, Il Vesouvio in Mandria as well as Chloes, Koutourou, Laona, and Cavallini (all in Paphos) and all recommended. A boat trip to the Blue Lagoon is a wonderful way to spend a day, as well as visiting Perra Tou Romiou, Coral Bay & Pissouri beaches and don't miss Sea You beach bar in Kissonergas. If you are a golfer, then Aphrodite Hills is one of best courses in all of Europe. The amazing apartment CO1 is such a great place to base yourself. It will guarantee you have a really great holiday like our family did. Simply a brilliant place to stay!

For our first trip abroad since the pandemic we chose to return to C01 having enjoyed two great holidays there previously. We were not disappointed. The apartment is still as spacious, clean and well equipped as we remembered with stunning views across the golf course towards the Mediterranean. We were impressed to find several improvements such as ceiling fans, insect screens and internet. Aphrodite Hills site is well cared for, with a choice of restaurants, cafes, a well stocked supermarket and a great bakery. Andrew is very responsive and professional with the bookings. We will definitely return in the future.

Just back from a wonderful 12 nights staying in this apartment. We have stayed in quite a few apartments at Aphrodite Hills over the years and this is one of the best - enjoying a coffee in the garden, looking out at the views over the golf course and the sea was a perfect start to each day. The beds were very comfortable and there are decent black out blinds - my two young boys slept through every night which they don't do at home! We had all the facilities we needed for our stay and little things like tea bags, fluffy white towels, and TV with all the channels made it feel like a home from home. Thank you so much Andrew, we would love to come back here, hopefully later this year.

Simply excellent! We, two families had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. A lot of space, everything was clean, all technical facilities worked perfectly (kitchen equipped, washing machine, air conditioning in every room, ceiling fan in every room, insect screens on every window). All requests were always answered immediately, the community pool almost always for us to use alone, the garden maintained exemplary - only "disturbance" was the early morning care of the golf course in front of our rooms (lawn mowing, trimming, cut hedges). But that does not diminish our very positive impression of the whole complex in any way :-) Thank you, Andrew, for the exceptionally nice holiday week! We had a 2 week stay at the apartment and it surpassed all our expectations! I'm a little reluctant to write this review as I don't want lots of people to book it then it not be available when we want to go back!!!! It is clean, modern with every conceivable facility provided. Andrew has gone to great lengths to ensure that everything you might need has been thought of. The views are simply breathtaking and the environment is idyllic. You are 20 seconds away from the beautiful pool set in landscaped gardens and the golf course is quite literally on your doorstep. I highly recommend this apartment! If I had the money I'd buy it tomorrow... Thanks Andrew, we had an amazing time!

We all had a super time, my daughter & I had a great relaxation & the children had a wonderful time in the gorgeous pool. Definitely a home away from home, we would most likely want to go again, for peace and tranquility it is wonderful. If you require eating out and other entertainment there is a lovely square just ten minutes away with restaurants etc. without leaving the actual complex. I have stayed in many 5* holiday accommodations over the years and Aphrodite Hills is equal to all. If you are particularly in to golf the course here is superb, my friend has played all over Europe & equals it to any he has played. If you require an apartment self catering holiday, at a wonderful location look no further.

Just returned from our stay at C01 Orpheus Village, Aphrodite Hills Resort. We had 3 wonderful weeks in Andrews wonderful ground floor apartment with spectacular views from his beautiful garden. We had a great time relaxing around such an amazing pool, which is extremely well maintained and very clean. The resort has everything you could wish for, including beer garden, pub, restaurants championship golf course and club house, supermarket/store. Even a kebab shop. We also had plenty of days out into the beautiful surrounding villages and beaches. We will definitely be returning again in the near future. Thanks again Andrew.

We have stayed at CO1 in Orpheus village on Aphrodite Hills nearly every year for the past ten and found it a stunning location, friendly people and unbelievably clean surroundings; gardeners on duty every day. Had there been a rating system on this website I would definitely rate 5*. Only one niggle, the Aphrodite Hills village shop is far too expensive so use the big supermarkets to avoid a financial crisis.

My wife and I have just returned from Cyprus, having stayed at C01 for 10 days. This was our 4th stay at this lovely apartment, and we will certainly be returning. The apartment is perfectly situated in the Aphrodite Hills Resort with fabulous views across the golf course to the sea. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The owner takes a great deal of pride in presenting his property as home from home, and we love it there. If you are looking for an apartment in a great location in Cyprus, look no further.

Really didn't want to share this beautiful gem of a property with anyone else as it's so lovely we just want to keep it to ourselves!!From start to finish everything was easy and fantastic...don't hesitate to book with Andrew, the property owner, he was so helpful from start to finish and answered every single one of my email questions promptly and clearly. The accommodation and it's views are amazing! We arrived as a family with two small children in the dark of night...waking up to the spectacular views in the morning was just as our little children put it "WOW" the sun was blazing, beautiful blue sky, there on the horizon you could see where the azure blue of the ocean meets the cloudless clear bright blue of the sky and melts into one...amazing!! Clean, comfortable property with everything you would need and more...it's rare for us to stay at a property which is like a home from home but with this one we can say just that. This is our second time at Aphrodite Hills and we wouldn't hesitate to book again with Andrew...Orpheus Village was prefect for us, quiet, calm and relaxing, we practically had the pool to ourselves throughout our stay and we would joke that it was "our private pool". A car is essential if you want to pop down to the village square of a night as Orpheus Village is the last village at the top, this wasn't a problem at all for our family as we would prefer the peace and tranquility that this villa gave us as opposed to staying nearer to the amenities in other villages. Easy to find from Paphos airport (at nightime) extremely well maintained property, grounds and gardens, pool was fantastic and if you have a spare 4.2 million (£'s or €'s) you may want to purchase the old farm dwelling that backs onto the pool area, well hidden behind the village walls...would be an excellent investment opportunity!! Overall absolutely fantastic..but please don't tell all your friends and family or anyone else as we really want to keep this beautiful gem to ourselves so that no one else can book it except us...that shouldn't happen though as you would be absolutely foolish not to book this villa with stunning views and the most helpful owner and all the amenities you could wish for!!! This apartment was clean, well maintained and equipped in a beautiful setting of quiet cul de sac. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orpheus village, the pool was 1 minute walk away, private garden with lovely seating and we ate all our meals on the terrace. Comfortable beds with good fans and air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of space for out family of 5 and storage for tennis rackets etc we had brought. Beach equipment was there too and selection of games and books with some movies.

I would highly recommend this fabulous apartment. The owner was very helpful, amazing views over the golf course and Mediterranean and the apartment was extremely well appointed. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was immaculate.
