Your sevice was excellent and it was lovely to meet Dianna. The holiday was absolutely perfect, we love the villa. The building noise was mostly traffic early on a morning but that did not bother us. The area is so quiet it is simply perfect. We will be back , even in the next couple of weeks Thank you for all of your support as always''.

We all enjoyed the outside space too with lovely pool, plenty of outside relaxing areas with sun loungers/umbrellas’s and covered/shaded areas too. We made use of a very good BBQ too and were able to enjoy al fresco dining in the pleasant covered outside dining area. A little way off from the main areas of Paphos and Coral bay that we were mainly going to be centred around but as we had hire cars no real issue. We had limited time as a family group for sightseeing (hence why we will be returning). The French restaurant opposite we used on one evening and that was very nice and so convenient. Visited Coral Bay beach once only which was lovely. Absolutely satisfied. Communication before we travelled , instructions for the property, initial access to property out of usual hours through keybox, provision of extra information regarding trips etc was first class. We were all very happy with the facilities at Skytrees – it was very handy for Coral Bay and the children enjoyed their time there, we felt it very safe. We ate at several local Restaurants, which were all very good value for money and catered for the children well. Communication from yourself was very good and we found the instructions from the Airport very useful, especially as we were arriving in the dark. Thank-you for your help and support.''.

Location was great definately need a car which we always get. Sunset and duomos restaurants are our favourite. Also used traffic rentals for a 3rd year for a quad safari, coralia beach is lovely not as crowded as coral bay beach. If you have kids pathos waterpark is great. Service was excellent from let's rent online couldn't fault them. The local managers were very quick and efficient with helping with any enquiry.''.

Having air conditioning throughout the villa as well as fans in all rooms meant that when we were in the villa we could keep cool. There was plenty of equipment available to use in all areas of the villa. It was very clean when we arrived and felt very welcoming that milk, bread and various items had been left for us. The pool was a good size and spotlessly clean. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the gentleman who came to do it was very pleasant. There were enough sun beds as well as chairs and tables for everyone. There was also a bbq available but we did not use it as we mainly ate out in the evenings. The garden was also done on one of the days and was left extremely tidy. It was easy to find from the directions given. However, I think it is advisable to have a car to get to different places. It was very quite and beautiful area which suited us. We would recommend it and if we came back would definitely look to book this villa again. The restaurant that is nearest to the villa (just up the road within walking distance) was lovely. Traditional Greek food. We enjoyed visiting Latchi, Coral Bay, Paphos harbour and found the tomb of the kings very interesting. The service provided by you has been excellent. All the paperwork was very comprehensive and you have provided a very good service and support to us throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the villa as well as visiting Cyprus. Many thank to you and your team for everything from the initial booking to queries while we were there to your communication on return. First class!! The property was perfect, very big, excellent pool. A little bit off the beaten track. We were disappointed the bus between the villa and coral bay stopped at 430pm and didn't continue into the evening but the bus routes that were available were 1st class and very reasonably priced. Buses to/from paphos run every 10 minutes right up until 1230 at night. Jeep safari was excellent, so was the water park, Lara beach was lovely as is the first beach at coral bay before the last bus stop. Very satisfied with all serviced received. Agent Note: Many thanks for your feedback and great to hear you liked the villa so much. We do always recommend a car in this location but it is possible to get by without one using the buses as described, cheap local taxis and the free lifts back from the supermarket with shopping from Philippos. Sunset and Searay restaurants both in walking distance and good quality food and great service. Excellent service from you, always respond to questions and emails almost immediately- even at weekends or evenings! Only had to contact the local manager once she was very helpful. Thanks for all your help, we had a wonderful holiday and would definite use your villas again if we went to rent another villa in Cyprus.''

The villa was fantastic and it had lots of space and was very well equipped. The location was fine, close enough to local amenities. We recommend Romantica Restaurant in paphos and The Lodge also in paphos. Very satisfied with service received.
