This bright and airy villa, tucked away in the sleepy seaside village of Vinisce, lies within easy access of the UNESCO protected town of Trogir as well as the pretty coastal town of Primosten.
Overview
The villa is located in the seaside village of Vinisce. It lies just 22 kms from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. The coastal town of Primosten is 25 kms away. Split airport is also within an easy reach. The villa is ideal for familes with children or small group of friends. If you are looking for a peaceful and quite vacation this is the right place to be. The village harbour featuring crystal clear water is only a five minutes walk from the villa. There is a gravel road leading to the villa. Three parking spots are located to the rear of the property. There is a large terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area with a spectacular village and sea view. The entrance is accessed from the terrace and leads into a large lounge area with kitchen and indoor seating. The lounge area features a panoramic window with a view of the pool area and village harbour. Additionally, the villa consists of two double bedrooms, one overlooking the pool area. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. The pool area consists of BBQ/summer kitchen with dining tables and chairs as well as sun recliners. The house provides an ideal starting point to explore the entire region of Northern and Central Dalmatia. The national parks of Kornati and Krka are only an hours drive away. The cities of Sibenik and Split are only 45 mins drive from the house.

We had a lovely holiday in this villa and the owner couldn't have been more helpful- The location is ideal- 5 minutes away from several supermarkets, bars and restaurants spread along the waterfront and the beach. The views and tranquillity were perfect. Vinisce is located this side of Split making the transfer from the airport quicker. The accommodation and facilities were excellent and the location ideal for visiting Trogir and KRKA National Park.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet and pretty location within walking distance from the beach. The newly renovated property had good facilities with a pool and outside eating/sitting area. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property and would certainly visit again.

The villa is approached along a gravel road where parking is located to the rear of the property. Guests enter up a flight of stairs onto a large balcony overlooking the pool with village and sea view. The main entrance is accessed from the balcony and opens directly into an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area with picture windows and 2 sets of glass doors overlooking the pool area. Two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the pool, and a separate shower room are located in a corridor off the lounge. Stairs rom the house lead down to the pool area containing an outdoor BBQ/summer kitchen and dining table and chairs as well as sun recliners around the pool. Car hire is recommended as the villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the region. Such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park as well as the historic cities of Split and Zadar are all located within 30 – 60 minutes drive of the villa.
