The outdoor is designed as a perfect relaxation area with Mediterranean garden and spectacular view on the islands of Šolta and Veliki Drvenik. Guests can enjoy and relax on the sun loungers around the outdoor swimming pool with massage tips and counter-current swimming. Outdoor barbecue, fully equipped summer kitchen and a bar with professional sound system located around the pool area are a perfect addition for those who enjoy relaxing with their family or friends during the hot summer afternoons. Villa Marija consists of the main house and two additional luxurious suites, each located on one side of the house on the first floor level. Each suite is designed as a studio apartment with double bed, living area, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The main house covers three levels and consists of 3 bedrooms with king size double beds and en suite bathrooms, spacious open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The first floor is designed as a lounge area with living room, dining area and kitchen while two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a balcony with breathtaking seaview are located on the second floor.

The third floor consists of one spacious and elegant bedroom with king size double bed, en suite bathroom with a bath tub, living area with SAT-TV and a small but practical kitchenette. Living area has access to a private balcony with marvelous view of the sea and the coast.

The ground floor is designed as a recreation area equipped with bar with professional sound system, infrared sauna, shower and a game room with table football and Playstation. Guests also have kayaks on disposal, free of charge.
