They are rented as one unit consisting of five self-contained apartments with exclusive use of the private swimming pool, grill house, tennis court, fitness equipment, and parking area.

The villa is located on the Dalmatia coast, 1.5km from Trogir, a city of culture and history. There is an abundance of entertainment and cultural activities here, including the Trogir summer theatre, museums, cinemas, discos, restaurants, cafes, bars, and cocktail lounges.

The local restaurant is 250m away, and Just 500m away sports include; beach volley, basketball, windsurfing, diving, water skiing, parasailing, snorkelling, and jet-skis.

The nearest golf course is located 35km from the villa in Stobrec near Split.

Car hire is recommended; however, not necessary while in the local area.

OCTOBER (24th-31st)" Olive picking in the garden of the villa.

Each year, olives are collected for 2-3 days, 5-6 hours per day. Each family receives 1L of olive for free.
