Villa Dalmatica Split

We had a great time in the property and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact! I can strongly recommend this place! We travelled as a large family with a couple of toddlers and it worked out just fine! Very good parking by the house!

The Villa is a really nice and beautiful place to calm down. With its different areas, at the dining table or outside on the terrace, there is plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. Also fast internet for work.
Super friendly host that gave us many recommendations for our stay.

There are near places to do grocery shopping and good restaurants nearby. Also the there are hiking options right behind the villa and you can enjoy a sundowner with full sight over the sea.

Fantastic villa, as described, great pool. The location was good, near the beach, quick drive into Split, great nearby restaurants.
The owner was amazing, very helpful, couldn’t do enough for us to ensure that we had a good time. He booked 2 of the nearby restaurants for us, and we got great tables and service.
Restaurant Jure was a beautiful last night dinner location, right on the beach, with great food.
Can’t recommend this villa enough, would definitely go back.

The villa is very well appointed with everything you will need, we were a group of 18, 8 adults and 5 children and we were able to live very comfortably together for a week. There was even one spare bedroom. Three bathrooms meant there was no queing for a shower and we were able to sit and have breakfast in the morning at the large dining table using the fully equiped kitchen.

We had a medical emergency during our stay, one of the children got sick and we had to call an ambulance, Henry called the emergency services back and made sure they were coming to the right address, he also offered to come to the hospital and help with any translation even though he was with his family in a different area.
Henry also helped to arrange our transfers to and from the airport and a day trip to the National Park and then to another town along the coast. All of the people he worked with were really very nice and made sure we were well taken care of, sourcing car seats for the smaller children from friends.

We couldn't fault the service or the villa at all. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Croatia. 5 stars!

Owner was very nice and friendly. Our flight was early in the morning and early check in was no problem. Location is in a small village, surrounded by locals which was nice. Easy to reach and with good connections to Split and towards south via road. Stores and restaurants in the area are decent. Nearest beach is within walking distance and is okay but there are nicer beaches along the coast for sure.

Heated pool was very nice. For small children floating devices were needed (depth is around 1,5 m). Overall the villa was great, clean and there were no major flaws, just some usual minor wear from use. Pretty much what you'd expect based on the photos, definitely could rent again.
