This marvelous 6 bedroom villa, built in 2015., has a modern and open interior which provides our guests with comfort, privacy and a sense of being in a small, luxurious oasis. The property itself covers 600 m2, while the house is divided on the basement, ground, first floor and high attic.

The basement of villa Calla is designed as a recreation area with gym, Finnish sauna and a billiard table. The ground floor consists of a luxurious and elegant open concept living room with large dining table for 10 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor and high attic are designed as a resting area with six air-conditioned double bedrooms and one single room with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to the spacious terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a sun lounger and a breathtaking sea view. Villa Calla has fully centralized air condition and Wi-Fi internet connection, while all bedrooms are equipped with LCD satellite TV. The outside consists of a beautiful garden with greenery, a spacious terrace surrounding the outdoor pool (30 m2 with lights), garden furniture, sun lounger and barbecue with dining table for 10 people.
