The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, each covering one floor of the house. Villa Reni consists has the total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 10 persons (8+2).

The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, 1 bathroom, 1 half-bath, well equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with SAT-TV. Living room has access to the spacious terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.

Outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, which has the similar floor plan as the previous level and consists of 2 bedrooms, again one with double bed and one with twin beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a dining area and a modern living room with sofa bed and an access to a beautiful seaview balcony.
