Superior studio is modern equipped apartment with two beds on the glass gallery and one folding double bed on the ground floor. In a front from the unit is big common terrace-sea side from the house.

Overview

Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk with another twenty surrounding villages belongs to a territory known as Dubašnica. The Dubašnica bay has a wealth of both large and small coves and thanks to its geographical position the area is protected against cold winds, with little rain and about 260 days per year. The climate is mild. Mediterranean. There are more than 50 km of footpaths in the Malinska area. Most of these pathways are suitable for cycling so a number of cycling races take place throughout the year. Walking along the sea front you can reach the village of Njivice 5 km away or along the footpaths you might like to take in the interesting local places such as the old cemetery, the monastery in Porat and the archaeological site in Cickino.
The island of Krk's wealth of culture, historic and customary inheritance will be of interest to all those wanting to explore its centuries and past. Two most important finds are the Roman municipium Curicta (Krk) were Krk Cathedral is of particular importance, as it was the mail church of the 1500 year old Krk Bishopy, as well as the long abandoned ancient town of Fulfinum near Omišalj, which was built in 1st century AD.
You can take part in numerous activities in Malinska such as parachuting, jet-skiing, pedal boats, rent-a-boat or kayak or why not a spot of sightseeing of the adjacent beaches and inlets.
Summer events and festivals, concerts of classical music take place within the atrium of the Franciscan monastery, with traditional klapas and folkloristic group performances, art exhibitions, numerous sporting events such as cycling races and cruiser reagattas which also offer the possibility of entertainment.

Naše bivanje je minilo v zelo prijetnem in prijaznem vzdušju. Zelo topel in oseben sprejem. Najprej darilo dobrodošlice - dve steklenici vina v hladilniku, nato obdarovanje naše triletne punce z mini kuhinjsko opremo s strani gostiteljice in nato ob odhodu ponovno dve steklenici njihovega domačega vina!!!! V apartmaju je bilo vse lepo čisto in popolnoma opremljeno. Brezplačno so nam že pred prihodom samoiniciativno pripravili tudi prenosno otroško posteljico za mlajšo hči.. zares samo pohvale, tako dobrodošle se še nismo počutili nikjer.

Замечательные апартаменты! Просторный номер, приветливая хозяйка, ранний заезд и отъезд для genius-путешественников. В подвале здания собственное производство вина, которым нас угощала хозяйка и которое подают многие местные рестораны. Очень близко пляж, чистое море. В здании есть большая терраса для всех гостей с зонтиками и столиками. Рядом рынок, магазин и рестораны. Просторная ванная комната, где есть фен, шампунь, мыло, достаточно полотенец, которые ежедневно менялись. Если еще будем планировать отдых в Малинске - обязательно выберем эти же апартаменты!

Schönes Apartement am Strand Das Apartment ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und sehr zentral gelegen. Schönes Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz und großer Terrasse zur allgemeinen Benützung. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr großzügig. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Der perfekte Ort um einfach mal den Rest der Welt zu vergessen. Entspannung pur! Die Zimmer sind super schön gestaltet, sehr sauber und praktisch ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns der Aufstieg zu den Betten gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal: 50 m zum Strand, 150 m zum Supermarkt, 50 m zum Busbahnhof, 15 km zum nächsten Flughafen und zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer für Tips rund um die Umgebung etc. offen. Einfach top! Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen, empfehlenswert :)

5 star appartments! Clean, comfortable, on great location and with very kind staff. Ms. Frajona welcomed us with great 2 botles of their own vine. The appartment has much more that we expect, nice kitchen and great taracce where you can preparer and enjoy your meals. Private parking behind and access on the beach (only 50 meters). Its absolutely worth for the money and everything looks even nicer than the pictures on booking. Its great for summer holiday, we would like to come again definitely!

Great Malinska city center apartment Super location, 1 min. from the beach. Room spacious, especially considering the price. Terrace available on the ground floor for everyone to use, came in handy because we didn't have our own balcony. Big 180x200cm bed, very comfortable. Apartment was even cleaned every other day. Complementary wine to top it all off.
