Overview
Villa No24 is an incredibly beautiful villa conveniently located between Rovinj and Poreč, making it an ideal base for those wishing to explore these two tourist destinations.
The villa has three bedrooms. Two are located on the second floor, each with a double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. The third is on the first floor and has the same amenities as the first two. In addition to the bedroom, there is also a kitchen with dining area and living room on the first floor. All rooms have been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, making this villa truly special.
The outdoor area is also very stylish with a lounge area which is ideal for relaxing next to the pool or even an afternoon nap. There is BBQ and outdoor-summer kitchen with dinning area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi and 2 parking spaces.
We are inviting you on unforgettable vacation in the middle of Istria in Barat. The tranquility and peaceful surrounding in almost magical. Villa was build in 1921, as old stone house and in 2017 was renovated by owners (iTa&Žac) with lots of love and care for your good feeling, decorated with unique, original details made by owner iTa. Interior and exterior abound with numerous details.
Villa No24 is not a party place and young groups are not welcome.
