Villa Kalin is located in the vicinity of Kilifarevo monastery, known as a centre of Tarnovo Literary School during the First Bulgarian Kingdom, and is only 12 km away from the old capital city of Veliko Turnovo. The Belitsa river, a tributary to the Yantra river runs through the small and scenic village of Natsovtsi. The first slopes of the Balkan mountains (Stara planina) rise here. The proximity to the international road E85 provides fast and convenient transport communication with the nearby city of Veliko Turnovo and other parts of the country.
Villa Kalin is a two-floor newly decorated house with a garden, BBQ and four parking spaces. On the first floor there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen - fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, a toster, an electric kettle and a drier. Additionally there is a study and spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD and a convertible bed couch, as well as WC with a shower.
On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioners, WC with a bathtub and a large 15-square-meter terrace, which provides a splendid view to the surrounding mountains.
Heating: A central heating system is used to heat the bottom floor during winter, whereas the bedrooms are equipped with heating radiators.
Yard: apart from a beautiful garden with BBQ and parking, guests are welcome to use two bicycles, a set of outdoor furniture: table with plastic chairs, four lounge chairs and an umbrella, as well as a kids outdoor swing.
Accommodation: The three bedrooms consist of one double bed and 4 single beds in total. A convertible bed couch and a comfortable folding bed provide possibility for additional accommodation.
Activities: As a whole the region offers great opportunities for fishing, horse riding, swimming and eco-tourism

We went to the villa with friends during the summer of last year. We had the whole house for ourselves which was pretty awesome, including the huge yard and a large BBQ outside. The house had everything we could have asked for - satellite TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, large terrace, all kitchen appliances. At the same time, we were pleased to see how close it was to the near-by city of VT - about a 10 mins drive. VT is an absolutely beautiful city with lots of restaurants and bars, parks, shops so we never felt anything lacking during our holiday. Very low prices and the food was always very delicious. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back again next summer!
To begin with - the place is scenic. The property is located in the village of Natsovtsi, near the city of Veliko Turnovo, Bulgaria's one-time capital city, which is one of the ten top destinations, well worth seeing as well. The house is by a river and a monastery where visitors can enjoy the peace and quiet, so typical of this kind of sacred places. I stayed in the house with a few friends, and believe me, we had a fantastic time. Apart from the price which is quite reasonable, the owners are very sweet, knowledgeable and cooperative, a good company indeed. The house meets all requirements for a wonderful getaway - clean, cosy, tidy. Meet the sunrise on the terrace facing southeast. Go for a ride in the surroundings. Both the interior and the exterior are very nice. If you want to spend time with friends, family, or if you have some special occasion to celebrate, this is the place for you. Once again, do not forget to visit Veliko Turnovo, and meet up with living history. You will treasure every single minute of your stay!
