Villa Sanaan

Large villa with nice pool, overlooking the village of izvorishte, with distant views of the Black Sea, Burgas, Burgas airport and Pomorie. Quiet area, often a few degrees cooler than down at the Black Sea. There is also a barbecue....

You rent the entire villa (and the pool is private). Small shop is available in the village, but by car or public transport you can easily reach Burgas or Sunny Beach.... It's a great spot in nature, but still close to the 'living world'. I recommend coming by car (or hiring one) for your holiday to be a mix of relaxing on the terrace and in the pool, and visting the many interesting place in reach by car in half an hour (Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Burgas) and walking in the nature beyond and above the villa. Being on the Via Pontica, it's also a great spot for bird lovers.

Inside, the dining room is quite small (if you're with a big family) but you'll eat outside on the terrace (summer weather will rarely forbid that). The sitting area is quite big, with televion and some games. There is a small desk (with a sleeping bank). On the first floor, you'll find 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed) and a huge terrace. On the second floor 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 4 single bed. You need to to through the double bed bedroom to get to the other one. Linen, cooking and eating equipment are available as well as a small washing machine.

Note that the last maybe 500 m to the villa are on a gravel quite uneven road. Normal cars can get up well (no jeep or SUV required) but a low sports car may not.
