Overview
Very large villa, with four suites with ensuite bathrooms and a room/office. It accommodates 12 people in beds. Privacy, exclusivity and great comfort.
It has a huge swimming pool with a spectacular view of the São Sebastião Canal. You will be spotting toucans, turtles and tankers the whole day long.
Well tended garden with palm trees going down the hill almost to the sea.
BBQ area with tables under the pool deck, with sea views.
Hammocks and table with chairs in the two porches, one overlooking the ocean and the other overlooking the beach.
Barequeçaba Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Guaecá Beach and Pitangueiras Beach are a 5-minute drive away. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.
One of the suites, located on the ground floor, is suitable for elderly persons.
Garage for three cars with plenty of free parking on the street.
There are three wired high-speed Internet access points in the house and wi-fi throughout, suitable for broadcasting or transmissions over the Internet.
We have caretakers on site. The cook/cleaner can be hired on a per day basis for an additional fee.
We can't accept animals because we already have two tame dogs who live there. They will be kept in the kennel during your stay.
São Sebastião is a region of many beautiful beaches, you will be spoiled for choice. The house is across the canal from Ilhabela, a gorgeous island with nightlife, and close to Paraty with its lovely colonial architecture and Ubatuba, wild beaches and surf. Maresias, another surfer`s paradise is 20 min away by car.

This house has been in our family for 40 years. It`s a beautiful area of Brazil with preserved rainforest and gorgeous beaches, between the two major cities of the country, S.Paulo and Rio. I can't get tired of the heavenly views in this property. They are really among the most beautiful I have ever seen. You can spot turtles, tankers and toucans from the balcony and pool deck. The sky is ever changing with clouds and wind blowing a gentle breeze. I love the recently renovated swimming pool and the garden too, my mom planted those palm trees 40 years ago and they grew up to be so beautiful. Among the attractions in the region, make sure you google Ilhabela, Paraty (colonial gem) and Ubatuba with miles and miles of unspoilt beaches. Car recommended for those one day trips.
