Famed for it’s year round sunshine and warm blue waters, Barbados is a coral island surrounded by reefs and spectacular long white sand beaches. It is one of the smaller islands and is the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands measuring 21miles by 14 miles.

The west coast (also known as the "platinum coast") is a fringe of bays and coves along the sheltered, Caribbean side of the island. As a result it is the best coast for snorkelling as reefs are close to shore and the Caribbean Sea provides calm water.

There are opportunities to explore this stunning island by land, (going off - road in a 4x4 Land Rover or hiring a car), by air in a helicopter tour, or by sea on board one of many cruises on offer.

How ever you choose to travel, you will find cultural attractions, such as the splendid architecture, art, music, theatre and fine cuisine as well as a whole host of sporting activities, including hiking, tennis, polo, scuba diving, boating and deep sea fishing. St Peter is located on the West Coast and is home to the beautiful Mullins Beach and Gibbs Beach famous places to relax under the Casuarina trees. Caribbean Sun Beach Condo is also close to Heywoods Beach in St Peter which is stunning, wide and quiet. You will find calm water perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and miles of white sand beaches to walk along. Brilliant sunshine and a wide range of places of interest make St Peter in Barbados a perfect Caribbean choice.

Speightstown is only a short drive away for your local shopping and restaurants.

Nice unit in great location, has all amenities needed for a very enjoyable stay. Only thing I would recommend is adding an AC unit in the main living area, it tends to get very hot.
Would definitely go back and we have already recommended it to friends and family.
Thank you for a very pleasent stay.

Excellent location as far as beach access but the road adjacent to the bedrooms is very noisy well into the night. We were pleased with the large patio in the front of the house because it was quieter there. The house was clean but some things could use an upgrade, like the living room furniture. Peter is very nice and willing to help you at any time. All in all a good experience and lovely vacation

I am so glad we rented this condo - it was great value for money, it exceeded expectations, and was accurately described in the listing. I brought my family with me on a 3 week work assignment, and the condo was a perfect as a home base for my small children. Having the ability to do our laundry almost daily was especially invaluable, given the age of our kids! I was very comfortable with the neighbourhood, and it was close enough to everything to be convenient but not in the middle of everything. The beach was beautiful and so close, and the surf was gentle enough for my 1 and 3 year old to play in. Although the condo was great, the best part of the property is the landlord. Peter is awesome! He was always available to answer questions about the island, and he never steered us wrong when it came to recommendations. For example, we considered using an outfit based on the beach for a glass bottom boat tour - when I told Peter how much they wanted, his lovely wife found us an amazing outfit that gave us a wonderful tour for almost half the price! In fact, we ended up using them twice! Peter is a great resource, and very helpful. If I come back, I will be sure to use the same condo! I cant recommend it enough.

We had stayed one week in st lawrence gap and had rented this condo for the second week.
What we liked was that it was the beach was so near. In the house the kitchen was very nice and spacious. We also had much use of the aircondition and the washingmachine.
What we didnt like was the plastic cover on the beds. It protect the madrasses but it wasnt pleasent to sleep on.
We enjoyed our stay and I hope we soon can return to Barbados.
Regards Karin Roland and Hanna

One important thing was that the access code to the house didnt work when we came. You could email a phonenumber also when you send the accesscode.

Dear Karin,Roland and Hanna,Thank you for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed the condo. The door security system rejects the door code if the wrong code is entered 3 times incorrectly as a means of safe guarding the security of our guests. In this event always use the local emergency contact number provided by Rental Systems with the directions to the condo to get immediate help. Thanks Nick and Peter

Wow - what a holiday! Nicmat Kent, England.Date Submitted: June 27, 2008 Date of Stay: April 2008 A fantastic holiday in a fantastic location. The Palm Tree condo more than met our expectations and Peter could not have been more helpful. From the trip to the supermarket en-route form the airport pickup to charging batteries to keep the camera going Peter was always there to offer help and assistance. Palm Tree is most certainly in a quiter part of Barbados and a car is really needed to get about the island and off the beaten track. A relaxed feel greets you at the condo which is well serviced. The kids being able to access the internet and keep in touch with friends on Facebook definitely got the thumbs up. Having an open top jeep (highly recommended) meant we got to see all the island. Don't miss a visit to Harrison caves, Swimming with turtles from a glass bottom boat and a trip on the Atlantis Submarine. Would not hestitate to recommend anyone to Palm Tree. From Nick on the booking side to Peter and his on hand knowledge when your there was brilliant.
