Great place in a great location. David is a great hosts.
Honestly, the place is soooo much better then on the pics, the location is just perfect, with everything only seconds away and a supermarket 2min walk. the flat is soooo spacious, with a huge terrace, really spacious rooms, very airy and light. It was perfect for us and we even extended our stay and would definitely come back next time we’re in Yerevan! Really happy!
Location and multifunctionality of the apartment. Everything is super. There is everything for a great stay.

Unfortunately, now I can’t live in Cyprus all the time, so I have the opportunity to rent my villa to guests. There are all amenities and the area itself I also really like. close to the marina, as well as a good chain of restaurants. I am the owner of the villa since 2010, when it was built.
