A beautifully renovated luxury 2 bedroom waterside villa in the South Finger of the exclusive Jolly Harbour Marina & Golf beach resort. Ideal for couples and families, this vacation spot is one you will want to come back to year after year. Jolly Harbour is a 500 acre gated-community with a 1 mile long white-sand beach.
Light and airy with plenty of room with 2 ensuite bedrooms, with their own balcony, and a further guest toilet downstairs. Fully air conditioned. Flat screen TV's in Lounge and both bedrooms.
There is a new fully fitted kitchen, and washer dryer. The large deck can take mooring of boats up to 40 ft in length (inquire for larger vessels).
Everything for a perfect holiday is included. Watch stunning sunsets from the beach and beach bar.
Many local fantastic facilities including swimming pool, restaurants, bars, water sports including jet skis, kayaks, boats, etc, tennis, 18 hole golf course, deep sea fishing, sailing.
Ideal for quiet getaways, romantic couples, active sight-seeing breaks, or families with children of all ages, fully secure and gated private grounds. Car parking space outside of villa provided. We have a local manager on site to deal with all your requirements.
Many local restaurants and bars nearby and a large well stocked supermarket for home supplies and catering.
Thirty minutes from St John's for some duty free shopping and English Harbour for Shirley Heights. A perfect place to base your holiday in safe, sunny, friendly Antigua.

We stayed in this villa for 5 weeks. It is in a quiet road and water channel (no dogs barking). The cleaners (who were exceptional) came on alternate days, which worked out quite well as some cleaning packages take 4 - 5 hours. The standard of sheets can vary as they come from a laundry "bank" but on the whole sheets and towels were good quality. The villa could do with an awning to help shelter the patio from the frequent rain showers that blew in, otherwise a really nice patio and furniture for eating out and sun bathing. Nice big bed and modern en-suites. Wi-Fi worked well. HBK the agents sorted out a couple of teething problems and if we had any issues we often saw the repair chap driving around the site.
We enjoyed our stay in Jolly Harbour and booked again for next year.

This was our second visit to this villa. It is ideally situated within easy reach of the beach,shops, golf course, marina and nearby restaurants. There is a lovely dock area at the back facing east so it receives the early morning sun. Although there is airconditioning if you open the patio doors and the front window there is a welcome cooling breeze from across the marina waters. We have already booked again.

The villa is in a great location with a large deck with lots of sun. The villa is newly painted and is clean and nicely decorated with local artwork and well equipped including a new BBQ. One of the nicest we have stayed at in Jolly Harbour and well recommended.

This property is well situated with beach and shops close-by although I would recommend hiring a 'buggy' for the duration of your stay. The only way to describe this property is tired, it needs to be redecorated, when we arrived the shower tray in the en-suite was cracked and the water was leaking through the light fitting into the lounge. The furniture is stained, the White paint is badly scuffed, there is no barbecue, when we arrived there was no 'handover' by the managing agent, no inventory and no information about dos and don't in the property.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. We haved stayed in this resort many times but found this villa nice and quiet whilst easily within reach of the superb beach, restaurants and other amenities. We particularly enjoyed the large deck area which was excellent for fishing. Certainly we would not hesitate to recomend this villa.
Only thing missing was a barbeque.
